I enjoy working with Courtney. He’s very professional and has a extensive knowledge with physical training. He is able to build a customized training plan for both my friend and I. He came to our gym each session, so it’s very convenient for someone who has a busy schedule and can’t commit to driving to a local gym and take class. “As a person that works an average desk job, finding the right motivation and time to workout is always challenging. Having to sit for so many hours in a day can take a toll on anyone’s body. With the stresses of life and work building up, I did what anyone else would’ve done and decided to start working out. I soon realize that finding the “right” exercises to do at the gym wasn’t as easy as it seemed. I decided to go the personal training route and had the pleasure of having Courtney as my trainer.
Courtney is a great person to train with. He was my personal trainer for months and I can honestly say that my training days with him were the highlight of my days. During my training, Courtney was always on time waiting to get our session started. He had the best attitude and was always very encouraging and positive throughout the workouts. He listened to what my goals were and planned my workouts accordingly. He always motivated me to do better and to keep pushing myself to achieve my goals.
